One year ago today, my mother-in-law, Diane Porter Rasmussen, passed away. She was one of the most giving people who I have known. She was always more than willing to sacrifice her time, talents, and everything she owned to help those around her.

My kids absolutely adored their Grammy. A broken hip, sore muscles, and aching joints never stopped her from getting down on the floor and playing games with them for hours at a time.

For me, she was always a big supporter of my art. It always made me feel like a superstar whenever she would go out and buy anything that had my art on it, and then have me sign it. I couldn’t convince her that my signature would probably just lower the value of whatever I signed, but she always let me know that it was priceless to her.

This bonus comic is dedicated to Diane, and all the lives that she has touched.
